Overview

SBTI offers one-time digital purchases used to unlock paid analysis, report content, or related digital access. This Refund Policy explains when purchases are generally non-refundable, which exceptions may qualify, and how to submit a request.

Digital Product Nature and Default No-Refund Rule

  • SBTI provides digital content that is delivered immediately or made available for immediate access, not physical goods.
  • Because of that, payments are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and the relevant digital access has been successfully delivered, except for the limited cases listed below.
  • Before purchasing, please review the product page, pricing, scope of content, and any stated limitations.

Eligible Refund Exceptions

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Non-delivery: payment succeeded, but you did not receive access to the purchased SBTI paid analysis or report within a reasonable time.
  • Verified technical failure: a reproducible technical issue on the SBTI side prevented the purchased content from being opened, loaded, or delivered, and we could not reasonably repair or re-deliver it.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are usually not eligible for a refund:

  • digital content that was successfully delivered or made accessible;
  • dissatisfaction, change of mind, or disagreement with the result or content itself;
  • purchases made without reviewing the product description, purchase flow, or on-screen notices;
  • issues caused by the user device, network environment, third-party platform restrictions, or incorrect account details when the issue is not directly caused by SBTI;
  • old disputes raised too late to verify reasonably.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation fits one of the exceptions above, email support@sbti-test.org and include as much of the following as possible:

  • the email address or order identifier used for the purchase;
  • the charge date, amount, and payment method;
  • a clear description of the issue and any troubleshooting steps already tried;
  • screenshots, error messages, or proof of duplicate billing when available.

Review Timing and Payment Method Timing

  • We complete refund-request reviews within 7 days of receiving the request and then decide whether a refund is appropriate.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Final posting times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or other financial intermediary involved.

Chargebacks and Abuse

If an order issue can be resolved through support first, please contact us before opening a chargeback. SBTI may refuse future service, limit access, or take other reasonable action where we see repeated refund abuse, fraudulent disputes, fabricated claims, or attempts to keep delivered content while reversing payment.
